As a General Contractor, CCi is responsible for all activities performed during construction.

We perform both bid and negotiated work for which we have contracted under virtually all variations of contract types – Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), Lump Sum, Cost Plus, Fee plus General Conditions.

Post Construction

At CCi, the job doesn’t end the day we walk off site. We are always available for our clients even when the books are closed.
